Understanding your aura
(PART 1)
The human aura is often described as a subtle, luminous field that surrounds and interpenetrates the body. Across spiritual traditions, it’s considered both a reflection of a person’s state of being and a living interface between the physical and non-physical aspects of self.
The aura is said to be composed of subtle vibrations, linked to life force energy (prana, chi, ki).
It is seen by some as colours or light surrounding the body. However, many people just sense it as a feeling or atmosphere. There are also descriptions of aura constantly shifting with thoughts, emotions, health and spiritual awareness.
